While no one can predict when an emergency will occur, we must be prepared for all possibilities.  Emergencies can and do occur without warning, therefore, having a personal plan can make a significant difference to you and your family's well being.

Due to recent events in Canada and around the world, personal emergency preparedness has become more and more important and necessary.  Every municipality, regardless of size and location, can be seriously disrupted by an emergency.  The Municipality of South Bruce as well as the provincial and federal governments are preparing for emergencies.  Please refer to the "Emergency Response Plan" (pdf 2.2mb) as prepared by the Municipality of South Bruce.
