Working at Heights training opportunity for South Bruce residents and businesses!

June 7, 2017, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Teeswater Arena – Upper Floor Meeting Room

Registration Fee: $40 per registrant

This training opportunity has been identified as an area of focus for funding support through the Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) Early Investment in Education and Skills program. The NWMO Early Investment in Education and Skills program is intended to support efforts to build capacity to participate in the Adaptive Phased Management (APM) Project, were it to come to the community. This includes investments in training and education to equip community members to work at the Centre of Expertise, and in subsequent site preparation, construction and operation activities. The investments are intended to include transferable skills that could be applied to other projects or workplaces as well.

Should you wish to take part in the Working at Heights training, please register by providing the $40 registration fee at the South Bruce Municipal Office at 21 Gordon Street East, Teeswater. The Municipal office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Please note that pre-registration is required and the training session has a limited number of registration spots available.
