Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in North America. It combines the elements of tennis, badminton & ping pong. It is fun for all ages, & easy to learn!

No Membership Required.  Drop In Admission is $3 per person OR purchase a South Bruce Pickleball Punch Card for $27 and receive your 10th Admission FREE! Please note: the admission price will be increasing to $4 per person effective April 1, 2019

Participants must be 14 years of age or older.

South Bruce Pickleball is played indoors in the community halls. Equipment is available for use.

Fitness Programs

Get Active! Fitness Class
Join Instructor Amy Bross as she takes you through a 50 minute FULL body workout.  It doesn’t matter what shape you’re in, registration is open to anyone aged 13+ with any fitness level. You can expect cardio, circuit training, core and toning to help reach your fitness goals in a fun and energetic group atmosphere.

Rise & Grind Boot Camp – Starting September 4th, 2019  6am classes only! Month of Sept (Arena Floor)- Mon, Wed, Fri (before the ice goes in) and then Oct-Dec - Mon & Wed's (Mildmay-Carrick Community Centre-Hall)

Boot Camp will help you push your limits, developing strength, stability, power & endurance. Class variations include drills, strength & conditioning movements, work with a partner and a variety of equipment including: tires, ropes, weights & medicine balls. Each class will vary in format & exercises so that no 2 Boot Camps are the same.  Boot Camp is typically intermediate but can be suitable for anyone: high & low impact options can be given to cater to different fitness levels.

Fitness with Amy Classes: Starting September 4th - December - Mondays 7pm and Monday & Wednesday mornings at 6am after Boot Camp finishes - Wednesdays at 7pm will be Taught by Terry
Fitness with Amy classes are your full body workout! Cardio and strength conditioning all wrapped in one! Classes will vary between Circuit Class, HIIT (High Intensity Interval training), Tabata, Cardio Kick and weight training.
These classes are for all fitness levels, modifications will be given to ensure each participant get the most from their workout. Each participant will need to bring their own mat & dumbbells to class.

These classes are for ages 13+.

Pricing: $50 per month or $160 for the session. This gives the participants the flexibility to come to morning or evening classes.
